Fees for paid courses are due before activation. Payment is made by bank transfer or via the payment service providers specified on the website. All prices are in euros including statutory VAT.
You can cancel your registration for a course within 14 days without giving reasons. For content that has already been activated, we reserve the right to charge a pro-rata usage fee.
For subscription models, the notice period is 30 days to the end of the term. Cancellation can be made in writing by email to info@carriewashburn.com.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered office of the provider.
